The Space:
Everything in the home is brand new! You'll enjoy a beautifully appointed home with ample space for large families and groups. The three bedrooms are large, and with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds upstairs - there's a lot of space to stretch out and recharge. In addition to the large and cozy living spaces downstairs, you will have access to 2 additional beds (pull-out beds), outfitted with memory gel mattresses for a great night's sleep. There is a driveway behind the house that can park 3-4 vehicles. The house also has a grill and coffee maker that you're welcome to use. Brand new 55" and 65" smart LED TV's, Apple TV and plenty of space to lounge with your group. You also have access to the washer, dryer and iron/ironing board if you need it.

Summary: Fit all 12 of us comfortably. Was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. My only critique would be that the listing says 5 bedrooms but two of those are actually living room/family rooms with sofa beds but we were all comfortable and nobody had any complaints so no big deal. Also house layout was great. Overall definitive of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Host was outstanding with communication as well!
